Standard delivery charges are based on the delivery destination per order and shipped using a third-party courier service. It is highly recommended that you provide and countercheck a correct shipping street address for delivery to prevent delays (not a PO BOX). Deliveries are usually done between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm local time, therefore it is highly recommended that you provide your daytime delivery address - where you will be present, as most couriers will require a recipient signature.

1. Melbourne Metropolitan Orders

Orders placed before 11:00 am AEST for delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area will be processed within the same business day. To keep track of your items, you will receive an email notification once your order is out for delivery.

2. International Orders

Our Studio strives to ensure that our unique products are available to our esteemed customers regardless of where they are located worldwide. International shipping is subject to dynamic costs and transit times based on the delivery destination and its applicable policies. Our international deliveries are done on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that any destination-related Customs, Duties or Taxes calculated based on the import shipment are liable to be paid by the recipient on the arrival of their order to their local customs offices.
